Instructional Videos and Mentoring
What is Mentoring? A mentorship is a relationship between the more experienced Flameworker and a Junior Flameworker. The knowledge, and connections that can be passed along to the Junior can help them accel in their endeavors and achieve their goals.
During the mentorship I will provide relevant expertise and knowledge of my own experiences, enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge, a respectful attitude, and eagerness to invest in your success. I will give honest and direct feedback in a constructive manner. Most important I will listen to your struggles at the torch and show empathy and help steer you in the direction you want to go to achieve your goals.
Contact me via my website under my contact section and we can schedule a date and time. Cost is $40 per hr. The mentoring session will take place via Zoom.
Please keep in mind this is a mentorship and not a physical class where I'm able to correct your actions at the torch. The expectation is that I will give you instruction via Zoom. You will need too process the information and perform at your own torch station and then report any struggles you have. I will then show you a solution or exercise that will help. You may want to setup your own camera with a lens at your torch station. If you need hands on experience please sign up for an in person class or workshop.
